Content Requirements
What are content requirements?
Driven by the recommendations that came out of the define phase, and alignment with the client, content requirements provide high-level details for how to update, consolidate, or create net-new content to align with the project’s strategy and goals. Each requirement should typically include:
Short description of the future-state content
Business goal and/or user need
Actions items to complete
Priority and Level of Effort estimates
Why do we create content requirements?
Content requirements provide concrete, tactical actions to take in order to deliver on the foundational content strategy coming out of the define phase.
Content requirements can also be used to help scope out the content portion of subsequent phases of the project.
It’s also important to note that, while Hero should provide our initial recommendations, content requirements should be a collaborative process with the client to align on what’s actually feasible given the time/budget of the project.
